Art gallery website content that updates from your inventory
Your website should show what is on view and what is available today, without a developer updating it every week. Gallerists gives every gallery a public profile in the Gallerists guide, publishes your exhibitions and art fair booths to city and fair pages, and on the Program plan feeds your live inventory into your own website.
Gallery websites tend to fall behind. The current exhibition goes up late, the available works page shows something that sold last month, and the artist pages are edited only when someone has a quiet afternoon. Collectors who search for galleries in a city land on map pins and museum pages, not on the exhibition you opened on Thursday.
The content exists, it is in the inventory and in the exhibition plan. It just does not reach the website.

How Gallerists puts your gallery online
Public profile in the guide
Every plan includes a public gallery profile in the Gallerists guide, with your gallery name, city and neighborhood, the artists you represent, a short description, your contact address and your current exhibition. Collectors reading the city guides can open it and contact you.
Exhibition pages and fair booths
On the Gallery plan and above, publish exhibition pages with dates, the artists and the works on view, and art fair booth lists. They appear on your profile and on the matching city and fair pages of the guide. Inquiries from your profile arrive in your inquiry inbox, linked to the CRM.
Priority placement
On the Program plan and above, your exhibitions and booths are placed first on the city guide and fair pages where they appear.
Inventory embed and JSON feed
On the Program plan and above, embed your live inventory on your own website with a short code snippet, or read it as a JSON feed if your web developer prefers to build the page. When a work sells or goes on hold, your website updates with it.
No. Keep your website and add the inventory embed or JSON feed on the Program plan. Your public profile in the Gallerists guide works alongside it on every plan.
Can we choose which works appear publicly?
Yes. Each work can be public or private, and you choose whether its price is shown or replaced with "Price on request".
How do collectors contact us from the profile?
Your profile shows your contact address on every plan. On the Gallery plan and above, collectors can also send an inquiry that arrives in your inquiry inbox and is linked to their record in the CRM.
Does the embed match our website design?
The embed uses a neutral layout that adapts to your page width and fonts. With the JSON feed, your developer can build the page in any design.
