Usage limits by plan

Limits apply to one gallery account and reset at the start of each billing period, except inventory, live viewing rooms, contacts and seats, which are totals at any one time.

When you reach a limit, Gallerists shows the plan that covers it and you can upgrade from the same screen. Your existing records, rooms and PDFs stay where they are.

How billing works

Every Gallerists plan is a subscription, paid by card at checkout. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel it.

You can cancel any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Payments are final, with the narrow exceptions described in our refund policy.
Moving to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly billing charges the difference right away, and the new limits open once that payment goes through.
Usage is counted as consumption in the billing period. Deleting an offer PDF, a viewing room or an AI description does not give that allowance back. It returns with the next period.
On Enterprise, after the first card payment, you can switch to invoice billing paid by bank transfer.

The homepage demo turns one photo of a work into a watermarked artwork record and offer page, with no card and no account. It creates one record per visitor per day and is the only thing on Gallerists that costs nothing.

Read all questions

Is the price per user or per gallery?

Per gallery. Each plan includes a set number of seats: 1 on Studio, 5 on Gallery, 20 on Program and 100 on Enterprise. You do not pay extra for each artist, artwork or collector within your limits.

Why is yearly billing the default?

Yearly billing costs half of the monthly price on every plan. A gallery plans its year around exhibitions and fairs, so most teams prefer one payment and a lower monthly cost. You can switch to monthly billing on the pricing toggle.

What happens when we reach a plan limit?

Nothing you created is removed. Gallerists shows which plan covers the limit you reached and lets you upgrade in the account. Monthly allowances such as offer PDFs and AI descriptions also return at the start of the next billing period.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. An upgrade takes effect once the difference is paid, which happens immediately. A move to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal, and your data must fit the lower plan's limits.

Do you offer refunds?

Payments are final. We refund only a duplicate charge, a proven unauthorized charge or a total failure of the service, as set out in the refund policy. You can cancel any time to stop future renewals.

Can we pay by invoice instead of card?

Enterprise accounts can move to invoice billing by bank transfer after the first card payment. Studio, Gallery and Program are paid by card.
