List your art gallery where collectors plan their visits
Collectors look for galleries by city, by district and by art fair. The Gallerists guide covers exactly that: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, San Francisco and the major US art fairs. Every Gallerists plan includes a public profile with your current exhibition, built from the same records your team already keeps in the software.
What collectors see on your listing
Your listing is a gallery profile written and controlled by you. It shows only what you choose to publish, and it updates from your account, so the guide always matches what is on your walls.
- Gallery profile with name, city and district, a short description, your represented artists and how to reach the gallery
- Current exhibition with title, artists, images and the run of the show
- Exhibition pages for each show, published to city pages, on the Gallery plan and above
- Art fair booth lists that place your booth on the fair's guide page, on the Gallery plan and above
- An inquiry button that sends collector messages straight to the inquiry inbox in your account, on the Gallery plan and above
What stays private
Inventory, prices, holds, collector contacts, consignment terms and notes never appear in the guide. A collector sees a price only when you put it in an offer PDF or a viewing room you send.
Where your gallery appears
The guide is organized the way collectors plan a visit.
- City guides for art galleries nyc, art galleries los angeles, chicago art galleries, miami art galleries and san francisco art galleries
- District guides in New York such as chelsea art galleries, lower east side galleries and tribeca art galleries
- The page for art exhibitions nyc, where current shows appear
- The seasonal guide to art fairs and pages for each major fair, where booth lists appear
Which plan publishes what
Every plan includes the profile. Higher plans add exhibition pages, fair booths and placement.
| Plan | What appears in the guide | Price billed yearly |
|---|---|---|
| Studio | Gallery profile with your current exhibition | $24 per month |
| Gallery | Profile, exhibition pages on city pages, art fair booth lists, inquiry inbox | $74 per month |
| Program | Everything in Gallery plus priority placement of your exhibitions on city guide and fair pages | $249 per month |
| Enterprise | Everything in Program for gallery groups with several spaces under one account | $625 per month |
Monthly billing is also available at $49, $149, $499 and $1,250 per month. See art gallery software pricing for every limit.
How to list your gallery
Listing takes the same few minutes as setting up the account.
- Create your account with your email and confirm it with the six digit code we send
- Add your gallery name, city, district and a short description
- Add your represented artists and the current exhibition with images
- Publish the profile, and on Gallery and above publish exhibition pages and fair booth lists as each show and fair comes up
Your listing stays current as long as your records do. When an exhibition closes and the next one opens in the software, the guide changes with it.
More than a listing
The listing is part of the same subscription that runs your gallery. Gallerists keeps your art inventory software, sends offer PDFs and availability lists, opens online viewing room links with view tracking and keeps your collectors in an art gallery crm. On Gallery and above it adds consignments, artist statements and invoices. You enter a work once and it powers the record, the offer, the room and the exhibition page collectors find.
Do collectors pay to use the guide?
No. Collectors read the guide without an account and contact galleries directly.
Can we hide our listing?
Yes. You decide what is published and can unpublish the profile or any exhibition page from your account at any time.
Who can be listed?
Commercial galleries, nonprofit spaces with a public exhibition program, and private dealers with a viewing space can create a profile. Each listing belongs to one Gallerists account.
