ArtCloud pricing per user and what a gallery team pays in a year
ArtCloud prices its Gallery Manager per user per month: $0 for Starter with 50 artworks, $99 for Essential, $132 for Professional and $193 for Expert. A three person gallery on Professional pays $396 a month, or $4,752 a year at list price, before website plans from $77 a month and email marketing from $30. If several people need access, compare that with a plan priced per gallery.

ArtCloud pricing by plan
The figures below are from artcloud.com/pricing in October 2026, in US dollars. ArtCloud sells two main products for galleries: Gallery Manager, the inventory and sales back office, and Gallery Website, the site builder. They are priced separately.
| ArtCloud product | List price | What the tier includes |
|---|---|---|
| Gallery Manager Starter | $0 | 50 artworks, no CRM, invoices or payments, limited support |
| Gallery Manager Essential | $99 per user per month | 200 artworks, 500 contacts, payment processing, email support |
| Gallery Manager Professional | $132 per user per month | 25,000 artworks, unlimited contacts, payment processing, live chat support |
| Gallery Manager Expert | $193 per user per month | Unlimited artworks, contacts and invoices, advanced financials |
| Gallery Website Essential | $77 per month | 500 published works, 30 pages, 20 represented artists, commission free ecommerce |
| Gallery Website Professional | $174 per month | 2,000 published works, 100 pages, 50 represented artists |
| Gallery Website Expert | $303 per month | Unlimited published works, pages and artists, advanced SEO |
| Email marketing add on | From $30 for 10,000 sends a month | Requires Gallery Manager Professional or Expert |
Two details are easy to miss. First, the Essential tier stops at 200 artworks, so a gallery with a real back room usually lands on Professional. Second, ArtCloud lists sales seats as a separate line, with a Professional sales seat at $69 per user per month, which can lower the bill for people who only sell. Directory listings such as Capterra also mention savings of around 10 percent on annual billing.
What ArtCloud costs a gallery of one, three and five people
Because the price is per user, the useful number is the yearly total for your actual team. These rows use list prices for full Gallery Manager users, with no sales seat discount and no annual discount.
| Team | Essential per year | Professional per year | Expert per year |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 user | $1,188 | $1,584 | $2,316 |
| 3 users | $3,564 | $4,752 | $6,948 |
| 5 users | $5,940 | $7,920 | $11,580 |
For a sole private dealer with under 200 works, Essential at $1,188 a year is reasonable, and the $0 Starter is genuinely useful for trying the software. The picture changes once a registrar and a salesperson log in. A five person team on Professional is close to $8,000 a year for the back office alone, and adding the Professional website plan puts another $2,088 on top.
If you replace two of those full users with $69 sales seats, the five person Professional total drops to roughly $6,408 a year. That is still a per head bill, and it grows the next time you hire.
ArtCloud pricing compared with a per gallery plan
Gallerists prices each plan per gallery, with seats included, so the bill does not change when the team grows inside the plan. Here is the same five person team.
| Tool and plan | Seats | Per month | Per year |
|---|---|---|---|
| ArtCloud Gallery Manager Professional | 5 full users | $660 | $7,920 |
| ArtCloud Professional with 2 sales seats | 3 full and 2 sales | $534 | $6,408 |
| Gallerists Gallery, billed yearly | 5 included | $74 | $888 |
| Gallerists Gallery, billed monthly | 5 included | $149 | $1,788 |
| Gallerists Program, billed yearly | 20 included | $249 | $2,988 |
The comparison is not apples to apples on every feature, and it is worth being clear about where ArtCloud gives you more. ArtCloud processes card payments inside the software, has a website builder with commission free ecommerce, and offers a free tier. Gallerists does not process payments and does not build a full website. It covers the back office: inventory with records built from a photo, offer PDFs, private viewing rooms, a collector CRM, holds, consignment and invoices. The ArtCloud alternative page has the full feature table.
If you want to see every subscription the gallery pays for in one place before renewal season, a SaaS spend tracker makes per seat creep visible month by month.
How to decide whether ArtCloud is worth the price
1. Count who really needs to log in
List the people who edit records, send offers or issue invoices. If the answer is one, a per user price is cheap. If it is three or more, per user pricing is usually the most expensive way to buy gallery software.
2. Count your works, including the back room
Add consigned works, secondary market stock and works in storage. Past 200, ArtCloud Essential no longer fits.
3. Decide if the website comes from the same vendor
If your site is already built and paid for, a second website plan is a cost you do not need. If you need a new site with a shop, ArtCloud's website plans are a fair price for what they include.
4. Run one real work through the software
Pick a work you are offering this week and send it to one collector. The tool that gets you there fastest is the one your team will keep using.
FAQ
How much does ArtCloud cost per month?
ArtCloud Gallery Manager costs $0 on Starter, $99 per user per month on Essential, $132 on Professional and $193 on Expert, according to its pricing page in October 2026. Website plans are separate at $77, $174 and $303 per month, and email marketing starts at $30.
Does ArtCloud have a free plan?
Yes. ArtCloud's Gallery Manager Starter is $0 and holds up to 50 artworks. It has no CRM, invoices or payments and only limited support, so it works for trying the software but not for running sales at a working gallery.
Is ArtCloud cheaper than Artlogic?
For a single user, often yes: ArtCloud Essential is $99 a month, while Artlogic's Gallery Full Platform starts from £156 a month. For a team of three or more, ArtCloud's per user price can pass Artlogic's bundle, so compare quotes for your exact headcount. Our Artlogic pricing breakdown has the other side.
What is a cheaper alternative to ArtCloud for a gallery team?
A plan priced per gallery is usually cheaper once three or more people need access. Gallerists Gallery includes five seats and 2,500 works for $74 a month billed yearly, or $888 a year, with inventory, offer PDFs, viewing rooms, a collector CRM and consignment.
